Currently, Cassio Audi isn’t famous because of his music ability. This is probably because his music career was very short and little was written about it.
Cassio Audi was a founding member of a band known as Viper. The group was founded in 1985 and he stayed with them until 1989. The band members at that time were Felipe Machado, Pit Passarell, Andre Machado, Yves Passarell, and Cassio Audi. All of them were Brazilian teenagers who got influenced by the Iron Maiden and British Heavy metal. Cassio was an excellent drummer and many who knew him believe that he could have made a very successful profession in music.
The band’s first demo album (the Killera Sword) was recorded in 1985. Audi played drums on this album, which included tracks such as Signs of the Night, Nightmare, and Killera, the Princess from Hell. All these songs found their way into the first album, Soldiers of Sunrise.
Cassio was with the band at the time when the first album was released. He was still their drummer in 1987. The raw talent and skills the band was showcased in the album. Many critics, including the fans felt that they needed refinements. Most fans spoke well about the lyrics and vocals of these songs. They also acknowledged the individual talents of the young men. Everyone could see how talented the teenagers were and that they would accomplish greater things in the future.
The first album, Soldiers of Sunrise, included tracks like Nightmares, Knights of Destruction, Signs of the Night, and Soldiers of Sunrise (the title track). Their album got high ratings on Allmusic since it gained four stars. This album has been released multiple times.
In 1989, Cassio Audi left the band and wasn’t involved when the band recorded the second successful album known as Theatre of Fate. He chose to join University, and that’s when his musical career came to a close.
